Simply Angie While I haven’t been prolific in getting out this newsletter over the past few months, I have been prolifically working behind the scenes on some other projects that I’m super excited to share with you today. Drumroll, please… Introducing, Storybook Hut!
It’s official! I launched Storybook Hut just before Christmas and everything is moving like clockwork. Every day a new audio picture book is released and added to my online children’s library of storybooks that are fully vetted and read aloud. My ever-growing library includes both Christian and secular books that promote family values and strong character-building qualities. These video-style audio picture books are NOT animated. They are designed to be as close to having a physical book in your hand as possible. Each page is read aloud with the static image of the storybook and the text visible. This minimizes the harmful effects to the developing brain of "screen time" which has become more concerning in recent years. I’ve spent countless hours developing this online resource for families (and enjoyed myself immensely in the process), BUT, here’s where I need your help! I made a quick 5-minute video to explain my dilemma, and what I need from you. I already posted it on my personal Facebook page, but I have a very small circle of FB friends, so I wanted to reach out to you as well.  Don’t have time to watch the video? I’ll summarize for you.
