Avoiding Spiritual Deception That Leads To Sin

Once a month, the ladies who are able to make it, gather together for a time of fellowship at our church here in Australia. Sometimes we meet at a café or restaurant, and sometimes we meet at our building, the Gospel Hall, so the children can join us.

For the last several months, I’ve been sharing some of the lessons that God has taught me over the years, by focusing on Scriptures that speak specifically to our about women in God’s Word.

We’ve talked about God’s design and purpose for women, Biblical modesty, the value of virtue, the wise and foolish woman, and more. Someone mentioned the idea of recording my talk, so I decided to give it a try.

Let’s be honest, the camera angle is atrocious, and I’m not much of a ‘selfie’ person, so I have a lot to learn in that regard. However, I’m setting vanity aside and sharing the video with you anyway.

I hope you are able to glean something from the verses and devotional thoughts that I shared with the ladies that will be a blessing, help, encouragement, or even correction to you.

I would also very much be interested in hearing if you would like more of this type of content from me. Would you like more videos of me teaching about different topics? I’ve been thinking recently about creating a few different specific video courses, or perhaps just a general membership site with all content on every topic available in one place. Your thoughts???

I’ve been a writer for years and a teacher for even longer, but adjusting my efforts in this audio/video direction is new to me, and I don’t really know if there would be much demand to make the effort worthwhile.

Of course, I’ve always been of the mindset that if even one person is helped toward good and toward God, all the effort is worth it. I just want to be sure I am making the best use of my time.
